- 1 sliced onion
- rosemary*
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- garlic salt*
- lemon pepper*
- sea salt*
Spray 9" x 12" baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layer dish with sliced onion. Sprinkle with rosemary. Evenly distribute chicken breasts.
In a bowl, combine: red wine vinegar, lemon juice and buffalo sauce. Pour sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and sprinkle with sea salt.Cover and continue baking for 30 minutes.
*seasonings - use to your taste.
