Magic Crust Pumpkin Pie

  • 16 oz canned pumpkin
  • 14 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Baking Powder Biscuit Mix
  • 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Mix everything in a blender and pour this into a greased pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes. Cool and serve.

Then wonder...where did the crust come from?
