This recipe is one that I got from my grandmother. Whenever we'd stay the night we'd beg for these. Now this is a constant staple for me, not only do I remember her every time I make them, but they are EASY and DELICIOUS!!! It is a favorite with my family :) The prep time is literally what it takes to melt the butter in the oven as it comes to temp.

Ingredients
3/4cupflour
3/4cupmilk
pinchsalt
3eggs
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt half stick of butter in 9 X 13 in. pan (I have found that they turn out better if the pan has squarer inside corners... these bubble up and if it is in a rounded pan they just shoot up the outside and the bubbles are part of the fun of these)
Mix ingredients together (I also like to add cinnamon to the batter) Bake for 20 min. Cut into portions and serve. We like them with powdered sugar and syrup or a fruit topping.
Recipe Notes
I also like to increase the recipe to 1 c flour, 1 c milk, 4 eggs for a thicker portion... everything thing else stays the same. Enjoy!!
